President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ordered the declaration of a state of emergency in 10 provinces “Adana, Adyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Kahraman Maraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmania, Hatay and Sanliurfa”, which has been in effect since last Wednesday.
