“Sergei Ryabkov”, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, emphasized that any further expansion of NATO will face a decisive response from Moscow.
Ryabkov added: Every action has a reaction. Based on this, it is no longer possible for the situation and security conditions to worsen and not face any action and response from our side; A bad situation that has worsened in recent years.
He further added that further expansion of NATO will be met with a suitable and proportionate response from Moscow.
Referring to the joining of Finland and Sweden to NATO, this senior official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian government said: Do the countries that are trying to join NATO really need to join? In the end, it’s all up to them, but we draw our own conclusions, as we always have.
