The home was built by award-winning Waco builder Pat Hambrick and WRE Development Group, LLC. Tour hours are Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.

Pat and Phil along with Phil’s father, Othel Neely, began the project on several acres of Neely family land that dates back to the founding of the city of Hewitt by John Allison Warren in 1893.
